Hi Narjes,
I'm Sumit, here to help with your query in the Microsoft Q&A.
Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.
I don't think there is a Store in Saudi Arabia where you can take it for repair I am afraid. Microsoft recommends this:
Submit a service request for your Surface
You can use your Microsoft account to check your device warranty and submit a request to repair or replace your device. Here's how:
Go to Device service and repair and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Choose the device that needs service, select Next and then follow the instructions to complete your service request. If your device isn't listed, select Register device.
For more detailed info on the service process, see How to get service for Surface.
Alternative service options
In addition to sending the device to Microsoft, there may be other options available to you:
- Receive in-person support. For availability, please view Service centers for in-person support
- If your device is no longer covered by the warranty and you want to repair it yourself, please view Self-repair information for your Surface device.
I hope you find this information useful. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Otherwise, please take a moment to rate the thread. Wishing you good luck!
