If there is an issue on the side of pearson vue during the AZ900 Fundementals exam, can i retake the exam with a waved fee?

I recently took the AZ-900 fundamentals exam and scored just below the passing mark. That would be my fault, but the issue here is that, after verifying my webcam and Wi-Fi speed before the exam, multiple proctors still could not see my stream. I was passed through four different proctors, with waiting times and pauses on my exam throughout each one. I still need the certification, so I am wondering if I would be able to take the test again waived as if I am retaking my initial exam.

(Ignore child tag, I couldn't find one that fits, and it is required)
