We are using the Azure Notification Hub free tier. Previously, we were in the paid tier with 'availability zone' turned on; later, we switched to the free tier. However, we are still being billed for the last two months for notification hub usage. Has anyone experienced this? And how did you resolve it?

    Hi @Logic Leap LLC
If you are using the Azure Notification Hub free tier, you should not be billed for usage unless you have exceeded the limits of the free services or if there are services that are not included in the free tier. The free tier allows for 500 devices and 1 million pushes per subscription per month. If you were previously on a paid tier and had 'availability zone' turned on, it's possible that some charges may still be incurred if your account has not fully transitioned to the free tier or if there are lingering charges from the previous billing cycle.

To resolve this issue, you may want to check the following:

    1. Ensure that your account is fully transitioned to the free tier and that you are not exceeding the limits of the free services.
    2. Review your billing details in the Azure portal to identify any specific charges.
