I am trying to sign up for the student subscription but I don't have the school email id, which is actually not provided by our college. So what should I do in this case?

You can try using the GitHub Student pack, verify your GitHub student status, then sign up for Azure for Students using your GitHub email.

Also, ask your college IT team to see if they can issue you a functioning school email (with an inbox) to satisfy requirements.
