Hello, I'm trying to deploy a Python/FastAPI application (with Autogen) to Azure Container Apps, but the container isn't starting successfully. The browser shows a 404 error/not loading, and logs often indicate "Could not find a replica"

• Startup Logs: Can you share the full container logs (stdout/stderr) from Azure? These logs will contain the specific error message or Python traceback.
• Port Configuration: Which port is your FastAPI app listening on inside the container, and which port is configured as the Target Port in your Azure Container App's ingress settings?
• Startup Command: Are you using a custom startup command in the Azure Container App's settings, or are you relying on the Dockerfile's CMD?
• Local Test: Does the container run successfully when you run it locally using the same Docker command and environment variables?
• Scaling Rules: Is the minimum replica count (minReplicas) set to 0?
