Cannot delete service fabric node, stuck in marked for deletion

Hello,

We are experiencing a critical platform-level issue with our Azure environment. Our VM Scale Set named 'rproxy' in resource group 'smtemp-application-rg' is stuck in a "Marked for Deletion" state. This is blocking deletion of a dependent Load Balancer ('smtemp-reverseproxy-lb') due to backend pool references. We have tried several different solutions from Copilot that have not worked due to the "Marked for Deletion" status and the dependency on the load balancer causing a zombie like state for the VMSS.

We do not have a paid support plan, but this appears to be an internal Azure platform issue that requires backend cleanup.
