How to use AccountPlacementExclusionList in ads API ?

Hi,

In API documentation there is a page abount AccountPlacementExclusionList https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/campaign-management-service/accountplacementexclusionlist?view=bingads-13&tabs=xml but there seem to be no method where it may be used. When we try to call GetSharedEntities with SharedEntityType=AccountPlacementExclusionList we get error "The specified shared entity type is invalid or not currently supported."
Is this entity supported in some way? if yes, how can we use it ? Our assumption here that it is account level version of PlacementExlusionList similar to negative keywords list, that is why it might be useful to us.
