Founders Hub Application Blocked - No user found.

I am trying to login in Founders hub with the linkedin button:

https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/

It throws the error: No user found. Please sign up or try a different LinkedIn account.

I checked my linkedin account and it's all right, and I tried to use a different browser or opening a private/incognito window, but it was not related or even a cookie/cache issue and I found no solution.

Can anyone help me with that?
