To fetch all the processes of a server with the utilization percent and further use it for reporting

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to fetch all the processes data during high spike and further use it for reporting. Is there a custom MP available.

I know CPU alert shows the top processes utilized but the requirement is to get the list of all the processes during the spike and further convert it to datawarehouse and fetch the report.
