Audio not working.

So, I restarted all my audio services in the "Services.msc" thing, I've checked drivers, I've trouble shooted, I've done quite literally everything up to this point—even restarting the pc and spamming the "esc" button—and nothing works. Currently been at this for 4 hours, and still struggling. I really need help with this.
