I updated my win8.1 recently, and can't use windows pinyin anymore. I tried to setup it in Control Panel, it doesn't work

    Now to be honest. I've no idea why, can't be Set up on win's 8.1 

     how about. if try to **removed** and **Enable** it again : could Help,.?

        To install "NoBloat Free" from Google Store : open

 Google Store from Pc search bar : connect 

          a phone to the Pc - Find the app+install it
