How do i fix my bsod without the admin password

Hi. I am having a bsod (Blue Screen Of Death) from my laptop since 2018 or 2019 and Im trying to fix this bsod today but I've forgotten my admin password because I haven't been using this laptop for years. Please tell me if I can do something to fix this or I can't?

    How to reinstall:

    Here are the Key/s to press at Boot to start the Recovery Process back to Factory Settings (new condition). Under each Manufacturer in the list below are the instructions in the respective links for you to follow on how to use their Recovery Partition

    With Windows 8/8.1 The Product Key on preinstalled Operating Systems (HP, Acer, etc) is embedded in the BIOS in the Motherboard, so that the lost and/or worn C.O.A. Sticker problem is no more.

    When you reinstall it will pick up the Product Key and activate the system automatically.
