    Hi P.H.TAM ,

    plug the USB-Ethernet adapter into a USB port on your desktop computer, then connect the network cable from the router to the adapter's Ethernet port.

    I think the system needs some time to upload the driver for the USB to Ethernet Adapter after plugged into the USB port. I have tried in two days to successfully use it to link up online via the adapter. Thank you for your advice although I have tried the mentioned steps before by plug and play. Fortunately, after several hours of using WIFI connection to upload the driver automatically by the Win8.1 OS, it works!
