Hi all,

Seemingly after upgraded my "wireless network" (from old version Router to Wifi 6 Router), I cannot see my own "wireless network" listed on my home laptop. I can see all the networks of my neighbors, but not my own "wireless network".

Also can see & connect to my "wireless network" with others laptop. All smartphone can see it and connect to it as well.

Any advice?

*My old Laptop:

Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro

Lenovo G40-70, , i3, 1.9GHz, 4GB RAM, 64-bit

Thank you very much.

    Hi ARMAN DAUT ,

if you haven't already, restart your pc and try again. Specify the exact model of your wireless network card.

Did you keep the same SSID as the old router or did you change it?

Turn off the router by also unplugging the power cord from the wall socket, turn the router back on after a few minutes and check if the network is detected.
