There are also other options - eg. in Poland there are local Meetup Groups focused on Azure or Microsoft365, they organize not only local meetigns but also workshops. There is also great source of discussion - https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/. You can also check, who follow topics interesting for you and follow those people.
