timedate.EXE does not exist in a normal Windows 7 system.

You want timedate.CPL which is located at C:\Windows\System32\timedate.cpl

What exactly did you do that caused the following error?

    C:\Windows\system32\rundlll32.exe:

Windows cannot access to specific device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

You should not be running two antimalware programs. I suggest uninstalling or at least disabling 360 total security (Free).

Is "Activation winse7en" some sort of crack for Windows 7? Do you have a valid Windows 7 Product Key (do not post Product Keys here).

What version of Windows 7 do you have, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit? (If you're not sure, click Start, right-click Computer, and select Properties--see "Windows edition" at the top and "System type" in the middle of the page.)

Click Start, type timedate.cpl in the Search box, and press Enter

    What happens?

If you get an error message, please provide the complete text of the message.

When was the last time you were able to successfully open the Date and Time Settings applet?

What has happened to your system since that time (or recently, if you can't remember the last time you used Date and Time)? For example:

    • did you use a "system cleaner" or "tune-up" utility?
    • did you add or remove any software (if yes, please identify)?
    • did you have a malware problem (if yes, please give details)

    Hello (LemP)

    I am using 32 bit

Last time I set the clock was 2 months ago

    I searched for timedate.exe

    C:\Windows\system32\rundlll32.exe:

Windows cannot access to specific device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

    There's 360 total security (Free)

    Supercopier 2

    ESET NOD32 Antivirus ™5.2.9.1

    Activation winse7en

And I also can't open some other settings in control panel
