Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Are you referring to the “customize” button when you are trying to use the tool to create an image? If you want to customize the properties of the image, you just need to add the corresponding description in the description words. If you’re referring to not being able to find the Image Creator in the Customize section of the sidebar, you might want to try switching accounts. Some accounts may not have been pushed the relevant features. If you still can’t find it, please use the feedback function in Edge to report this issue to the developers.
