Not full screen when watching videos on the edge

Hello! Can anyone help me with this error? When watching a video in full screen, there is a black line at the top that makes me very uncomfortable. I've tried Chrome & Safari and don't have this problem.

    I see the same problem on MS Edge (up to date) running on MacOS (up to date):

    Here is the same video screencap from Google Chrome playing it in full screen mode (no dark gray bar at the top) for comparison:

    I think the issue started with MS Edge update about 2-3 weeks ago and it still is going on.
