Surface Pro 9 - SQ3, SSL VPN cutoff after recent update

We have Surface Pro 9 - SQ3/16/512, connect wifi and than use SSL VPN to connect to remote office. It was working till recent update.
VPN connected then cut off.
Guess when VPN connected, the wifi auto disabled duel to network swith, please help to fix.
The SSL VPN work fine on all other laptops with same user login.
