Surface Go 2 - user profile cannot be loaded

Bought for my daughter for Xmas and it has a user profile set up, I am not able to bypass it or even see the start up button. Purchased it from an IT company who have gone into administration. Can anyone advise how I can delete this profile and set it up for my daughter?

    It says ‘ The user profile service service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded.
