Reproduction steps:
- Active liveness starts
- rotation is required but it is not fulfilled by user, so color of direction turn to red color
- user moves face out of oval, so face is lost for while
After those steps liveness process starts to require rotation and smile together, I added screenshot. We can also attach video of screen.

I am trying to replicate the issue in your use case (smiling human for human verification) and have pinged on private message to connect with you offline.
Current suggestion to center the smiling icon prompt in Centre of Oval detector UI and prompt user accordingly

I am very close to replicate the scenario and connected with case owners with issue on same context internally (went with Javascript approach fully instead of running in python and switching to javascript)

But a recording while replicating bug would have been much useful. I had only screenshot from this thread not a recording to pass it to product group.
