Phone number already associated with Developer Program — need help recovering or resetting

Hello,

I previously signed up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using my phone number. However, I no longer remember which account was used or how to access the developer sandbox.

Every time I try to register again, I get the error: "Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account."

I would like help either:

Recovering the associated account

Or releasing the phone number so I can start a new registration
