Soft delete in Azure container registry doesn't work

I have soft delete enabled on my ACR instance but when I delete repository it does not show up in "Manage deleted repositories" tab, just disappears. Instead in "Manage deleted repositories" there's one repository visible which was deleted a year ago and scheduled purge date "01/07/2024, 13:14 CEST".
In addition "Used storage" value never goes down after I delete repository. So it looks like deleted repositories still use storage.

    Oleg Deribas,

I have checked internally with the team on this issue and the root cause appears to be a bug with the soft delete feature on the Azure Container Registry. Despite soft delete being enabled, deleted repositories are not properly listed in the management tab, and storage usage is not updated accordingly.

The support agent opened an internal case (IcM) as advised by the Product Team Advisor (PTA) to address the bug. The product group engineer confirmed the issue and shared the next steps.
