I signed up for a Microsoft 365 family plan free trial but unfortunately forgot to cancel before the trial ended, resulting in an automatic charge. As soon as I noticed, I cancelled the subscription, which was within 30 days of being charged. I have not actively used the service during the paid period and believe I am eligible for a refund under Microsoft’s policy, which allows for refunds if a subscription is cancelled within 30 days and not extensively used. I kindly request a refund through paypal but was unsuccessful. Is there anything else that i could do?
