Azure DNS server not resolving specific domain when asked from specific region

Hi all,

I'm encountering an issue with Azure's default DNS server (168.63.129.16). When queried from the France Central region, it fails to resolve the public domain localise.biz. However, resolution works correctly for other public domains from the same region, and localise.biz also resolves fine when queried from other Azure regions.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior? Is this likely to be a regional DNS caching or propagation issue within Azure?

I don't have a support plan, so I'm looking for possible workarounds or ways to escalate this issue through public channels.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
