While accessing endpoint security as a global administrator, an error occurs with the details: {"sessionId":"dbceaff474294c63b7f11a1b70fa407f","subscriptionId":"","resourceGroup":"","errorCode":"401","resourceName":"","details":"Error loading your content"}.

Additionally, a similar issue arises when trying to access conditional access > insights reporting, which results in a different code: ENTRA :{"sessionId":"dbceaff474294c63b7f11a1b70fa407f","subscriptionId":"","resourceGroup":"","errorCode":"401","resourceName":"","details":"Error loading your content"}.

What could be the reasons for these errors?

    Salma Tamer ElSagher,

The 401 error code typically indicates an unauthorized access issue, meaning the session or user account trying to load the content doesn’t have the necessary permissions.

For additional information on permissions for endpoint security: - You can use either Basic Permissions or Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), For granular control, and recommendation is to use RBAC.

for additional details you can also refer to Assign portal access
