Custom domain validation for Azure CDN not advancing stage

Custom domain for CDN never leaves pending state, even after setting the TXT in the third-party DNS provider (Namecheap).

Example URL:

cdn.contoso.com

The API is bound to api.contoso.com and the web static page is bound to www.contoso.com.

I added the TXT record with the "Record Name" as the "Host" field in Namecheap DNS settings for the domain and with the "Record value" in the "Value" field.

The domain check in the App service in Azure had a button to "Validate", but there's no such button in the custom domain settings for the CDN.

In Azure, the only button available in the "Validate custom domain ownership" is a "Regenerate".User's image

    Hello Nicke Manarin
I understand that you are facing issue with domain validation. And you have added the proper TXT record but still it is not completed.

In Azure CDN, domain validation can take a few minutes to 8 hours, depending on DNS propagation and record updates. If the validation status remains "Pending" for a long time, you may need to regenerate the TXT record or check DNS settings. Domain Validation Process in Azure Front Door

In the meantime, please try to regenerate the TXT record and see if it resolves the issue. Validation usually occurs within few minutes, but some time it may take up to 24 hours.

Based on the Domain validation states documentation here

If the domain validation state shows "Pending" for an extended period, it may indicate an issue with the TXT record propagation or DNS configuration. You may need to select "Regenerate" in the Azure portal to refresh the TXT record value and re-add it to your DNS provider.

And you informed us your domain is hosted in third party please try to validate it TXT record properly added or not.
