Issues with Azure Speech Services: Incorrect transcription of "draft" as "draught" and "£" as "lbs" in UK English

I'm using Azure Speech Services with the language set to UK English, and I've noticed two recurring transcription issues:
When I dictate the word "draft", it consistently transcribes as "draught", even when the context clearly favors "draft" (e.g., referring to a document).
When I dictate the currency symbol "£", it often transcribes as "lbs", despite the surrounding context making it clear that it's referring to currency.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to improve recognition accuracy for these kinds of context-sensitive terms, or customize the transcription model to better handle such cases?

in below mic input statement
"Drafted a 15 pounds bill and sent to my sister", yes saw presence of lbs in first few trials with Real time speech service

It might be a phonetics/pronunciation issue, please confirm the speech service in usage and share the audio in private chat for verification.

Raised bug is internal to them and not accessible to me. I might need raise a separate product group ticket to track the progress.

2025-07-18T02:44:48.4566667+00:00 Got the details on product group ticket today. Case has been tracked till 17th July and not fixed probably. Updated audio samples and observation on accessible thread.
Sharing the ticket details in private chat for tracking, but please note that they can be only accessible to employees within Microsoft network (like your CSAM or Micrsoft partner)

2025-07-28T01:32:00.99+00:00 Got a confirmation on the rolling fix for this bug from product group. ETA shared for next release with a fix given is 08/08/2025.
Should test again on Aug 9th to relay observation back to PG.
