Hello,

We encountered a network problem at the CMA Tripoli Terminal and CMA Beirut today.

A Microsoft Azure service was operating, which caused both internet Links to be full. After investigating, we discovered that the Azure Arc agent placed on the servers was the source of the slowness and heavy internet traffic.

those IPs arr related to this traffic: 172.202.65.10, 172.202.64.10

Please review the log files for the Azure Arc agent to identify any anomalies or excessive traffic logging. You can check:

/var/opt/azcmagent/log/azcmagent.log for command outputs. /var/opt/azcmagent/log/himds.log for heartbeat and metadata sync details. /var/lib/GuestConfig/arc_policy_logs for guest configuration details.

Ensure the agent is properly configured and only runs the necessary extensions, as unused extensions can cause excessive network traffic.

Depending on your network setup, consider setting outbound traffic limits or restricting certain communications if possible.

If the agent is not updated to the latest version, consider upgrading or reinstalling it, as bugs in previous versions can affect performance.
