Hi,
There are several candidates for this in the report's settings for the printer, page size, columns, margins etc. You can change all this in the Page Setup dialog as described in this support article.

Microsoft Access - My report is only showing up as a half page vertical

Every time I go to run my report, it shows up as a half page vertical. Can anyone provide me with step by step instructions on how to correct this? I cannot figure out how to get the report to show up and save as a full page.

What page format do you get when you create a new report on the basis of the same table or query without changing any report settings for margins, columns, page size etc.?
