Hi there,

We've been accepted onto the Azure Sponsorship programme and are building our app. A large part of our functionality uses GPT-Image-1, and so we applied for access around 15 days ago. We haven't heard anything back on our application.

I noted that the application form mentions 'If your subscription does not belong to an organization under the Enterprise Agreement, your application is subject to denial. ' so went to try and set up an Enterprise Agreement, but this doesn't appear possible under the Azure Sponsorships.

Please could someone from Microsoft help us to resolve this?

Mark.

    Hi Mark Bear,

The GPT-Image-1 model, offered through Azure OpenAI, is currently limited to enterprise-level (EA) subscriptions. The application form notes that requests from non-EA subscriptions may be declined, and unfortunately, Azure Sponsorship subscriptions can’t be upgraded to EA directly.

Since you’re using an Azure Sponsorship subscription, the best approach is to submit a support request through the Azure Portal. Be sure to include details about your application and clearly explain your intended use case. This often helps in getting a more helpful and timely response. Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
