You should be able to test Vision Studio without running into endless uploading issues. Since you've already tried different browsers and logged in with your Azure account, it might be worth checking a few things:
- Clear cache & cookies – Sometimes a clogged browser can interfere with uploads.
- Check file size & format – Ensure the images meet any upload requirements.
- Try an incognito/private window – That can rule out any browser extensions interfering.
- Network connection – Slow or unstable internet might keep the upload from completing.
- See if Azure services are having issues – You can check Azure status here.
- Test other available regions
If none of these help, you might want to report the issue directly to Microsoft Azure support.
