Getting "There was a problem contacting the service." error on company portal

We are getting error on Company Portal app while accessing Apps or Downloads and Updates tab. We can access rest of the tabs or page on Company portal app and can successfully sync the device but those two pages mostly fails with error "There was a problem contacting the service error on company portal. This may be due to loss of your Internet connection or a problem with the service." It just gets stuck on spinning wheel for a minute or 2 then throws that error.

Have tried reinstalling Company portal app, resetting laptop and error occurs on different networks such as office, home Wi-Fi and even on mobile data.

Not a single device issues, it occurring on many devices.

Anyone facing similar issues? or has any fix?
