Hello kuldeep, I am Henry and I want to help you with this issue.
As new data disks must be initialized and formatted within the Windows OS before they are visible in File Explorer, have you already tried the following steps:
- Open Disk Management:
- Press Win + X and select "Disk Management"
- (Or run diskmgmt.msc)
- Initialize the Disks:
- You will see your new disks listed as "Unknown" or "Not Initialized"
- Right-click the disk name (e.g., "Disk 1") and select Initialize Disk.
- Choose GPT (recommended) and click OK.
- Create a New Volume:
- Right-click the "Unallocated" space on the new disk.
- Select New Simple Volume... and follow the wizard to assign a drive letter and format the disk (NTFS is standard).
Once the wizard is complete, your disks will appear in File Explorer.
