When I try to open my azure b2c tenant from my main account, it triggers a auth number to my authenticator app on my phone. But when I open the app to enter the number I get the error in the title above.

My other option is to enter the code from my authenticator app but when I do it tells me its wrong. I have no other mfa options. I also have no way to access the b3c tenant to change anything. I have tried changing the auth settings on my main account but they are not changing anything regarding my tenant.

I need access to my tenant asap and am not able to get it.

    Hello @Chris Riley
Thank you for sharing your details via private message!
The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.

Once the issue has been resolved by our support team, please feel free to revisit and kindly click "Accept Answer," as this will be helpful to other community members facing similar issues.
