GPT-4.1 Region Availability

I see that gpt-4.1 (along with it's mini and nano versions) is only available in specific regions. Is there a timeline to expand the region availability of these models? Can we expect to see them at the availability of 4o and 4o-mini before those models retirement dates?

    Currently, specific versions like GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1-mini, and GPT-4.1-nano are only accessible in certain regions. Unfortunately, there is no publicly available timeline for when these models will be expanded to additional regions. Microsoft generally follows a phased rollout approach, initially making models available in a limited number of regions to monitor performance, demand, and stability before a broader expansion. We hope that these models will become more widely available as Microsoft continues to increase regional support over time.
