how to create a Report on the SCCM Server for monthly Deployment Pacthes

Hello,

I distribute Windows Update every Tuesday of the month on my Windows Clients and Windows Server.

Now I want to create a Report for that.

an example:

I have 100 Windows Clients machines and want to have a Report when and the Patches is installed.

The Report The computers and updates should be displayed

How can I do that

Hi,

I can see some reports with last KB, but it does not display any date or computers.

It should display date and computer name together.
