Why am I being charged ~10 EUR/day for Notification Hub Free Tier?

Hi, I'm being charged around 10 euros per day for Azure Notification Hub, even though I selected the Free Tier.

I double-checked the configuration and I haven’t enabled any of the paid options like:

Availability Zones ("Enable availability zones")

Disaster Recovery or Flexible Recovery Region

These features show up in the settings, but I never turned them on. Also, the pricing tier is still set to Free.

Has anyone else experienced unexpected charges in the Free Tier? Could there be a hidden configuration that triggers billing?

Any help would be appreciated!
