Your new phone has not been authorized yet. You can use your old phone to authorize, or if you set up alternate MFA options, you can use one of them. If you don’t have the old phone, and did not setup an alternative MFA, then you will need to contact your network admin, and have your account reset.
Authentication via work email and new phone not working help!!!

I have a new phone and authentication keeps saying put code in to app but the app is open and won't allow the screen for code entry so it goes round in a loop please help
