Intune how to allow second user to access company portal apps

Is there any way to give a user access to company portal apps on all devices when the primary user has been set?

We want an IT account to be able to log into staff computers and access company portal apps but the staff computers are all set with primary users.

@Jarvis Deveson Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

If a device has a primary user, it means that this device is not a shared device. So, it will not allow a second user to access.

Could you please tell us why IT want to access company portal apps in staff computers? Based on my experience, IT can access Intune portal to manage devices, manage apps or monitor something.

As an IT professional who manages a 365 tenant and a staff of helpdesk I can answer your question as to why. When managing software and setting the install to required, it does not always install correctly. In those cases the retry is greyed out. When set as available, you can retry the install. You can't do any of this functionality if you're not logged in as the primary user. If you remove the primary user , nobody can manually install software from the company portal. Waiting for the GSR to reset is rarely an option. Making changes to a install package , forcing it to try and reinstall also changes the guid fingerprint. Which breaks all kinds of things with zero trust environments.
