RDS deployment not visible but working

I have a Server running 2022 and post Jan month patching my RDS deployment is not visible under Server manager. But it is working. Users are able to access and launch the RD web. When i try to create new deployment, it give error that "cannot reterive information from connection broker server. I have only 1 server where all the RDS deployment and roles are installed. Any help would be greatly approciated.

I also tried to un-install the Jan month patches but getting error there as well.

    It was the proxy which was causing the issue. Post removal the proxy- it is working fine.
