Can we actually get contact info for Support in the Sandbox Program?? "Services Hub" is not working for support requests.
Error I am facing is (with an account OTHER than the one writing this post):
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.
For help with your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft account and verify your information. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-e75d-408e-ba2c-9116fb86b335 Code: 40901
The aforementioned-phone number has been removed from all associated Microsoft accounts, for context.
When I try to hit 'Support" on the M365 Developer Sandbox Program page -
Also have tried in private/incognito mode on multiple mobile & PC-browsers, via Wi-fi & Mobile Data exclusively. All scenarios fail with the same exception, even as of today.
This has gotten beyond frustrating - and is blocking work I am trying to do with a deadline.
For the record: I ended-up reaching out to Live Chat on the standard M365 support page, looking for a "human" to give me some sort of contact information & get this moving. They tried their best - but were even at a loss on who to reach out to in this situation:
"I haven't received a response from you regarding the ticket <removed> you have open. Try to login into your previous developer account(if there is any) or try a different number while creating the new account. At this point, waiting for the team to contact you is the only option or you can take this issue on Microsoft techcommunity.microsoft.com and wait for any update from the specific team. Unfortunately, my team is out of options :( Kind Regards, <removed> Microsoft 365 Small Business Advisors"
Does ANY-one have a legitimate contact to reach out to for M365 Developer Sandbox Support, that is NOT via the broken Services Hub site?
I'd try my chances with asking here for help with the "Code: 40901" exception in the Q&A - however, my search of the topic shows a steady trend of people asking about code 40901 & never getting an answer.
