I can't associate our main domain with a tenant, because it is already in use.. how can I proceed?

We think that our domain has already been associated in the past in another account that we can't trace at the moment.

We need this to be able to transform some private accounts into business accounts in Microsoft Enter via the email domain.

    Hi @Lorenzo Zambelli
Thank you for Reaching out Microsoft Q&A Platform.
I understand that your domain is already associated with another tenant and you're unable to trace that tenant.
Based on your query, you cannot use the same domain with two tenants. To find out which tenant your domain is associated with, you can search using the following link: https://www.icann.org/en/accredited-registrars
Do let us know if you any further queries.
