Thanks for your response, I already use this Gitops/Flux to deploy Open Telemetry associated with Azure IOT Operations.
My question was related to use Gitops/Flux to deploy Azure IOT Operations.
Instead of using Azure CLI commands (az iot ops schema registry create, az iot ops init, az iot ops create, az iot ops secretsync enable , az iot ops identity assign) to install Azure IOT Operations, can we deploy Azure IOT Operations on an Azure Arc enabled K8S cluster and Gitops/Flux ready using GitOps configuration as code?

You can install Azure IOT Ops in Azure Arc enabled cluster and manage the deployment through gitops (flux v2) as mentioned in this below document.
