I cant leave another organization

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have an account that is attached to "another organization" but is not being allowed to leave.

When I try to leave for him, I also get an error.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

    Please contact the Target tenant, they must have selected No for the below feature due to which you are unable to remove yourself.

    Based on the attached screenshots, you are encountering two different error messages.

    For the first error, it indicates that your user is no longer part of the directory. Please verify if you can still log in to that directory. Remember, you can only leave an organization from the resource tenant directory, not from the home tenant directory. Additionally, check if your account is added as a guest in the directory you're trying to leave. You can confirm this in the Azure Portal by navigating to the Users list.

    Regarding the second screenshot, the error occurs when the sign-in was successful, but access was blocked by a Conditional Access policy because the criteria to access the resource were not met. You can check under Microsoft Entra Sign-in logs with Global Administrator to understand why the login is getting unsuccessful.
