Failure to create Azure Automanage custom profile with error: InvalidSubscriptionState.

Make sure your subscription is active. If it's disabled, expired, or has any other issues, it could cause this error.

Your subscription or specific resources may have resource locks that prevent any changes.

Make sure the Azure services you want to use are available in your region, as occasional outages can impact operations.

Check that you haven't reached any service limits for your subscription, as this could prevent  further operations.

Check for any billing-related issues that might affect your subscription status.

There might be Azure policies that limit specific operations or configurations.
