The feature belongs to a third party app. Regularly on trends is mentioned the relationship of the feature with the app Logi Options +

    1.Open, Logi option +

    2.Go to→ Settings, top right.

    1. Scroll to bottom, turn off "Caps lock, Num lock, Scroll lock and Fn lock notifications"

    Hi Albert yong ,

Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A .

    To fix it:

    • Windows: Press Win+I, go to Ease of Access > Keyboard, then toggle "Toggle Keys" off.
    • Mac: Open System Preferences, then Accessibility > Keyboard. Uncheck "Use Caps Lock" (or other keys).

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
