Abort error with microsoft mysql

Hi Experts,
I need some help. I am currently using the azure webapp and the azure sql database.
Current the webapp is on B3 and the database is on standard with 10 DTUs and 2GB space each. The thing is that my metrics such as cpu and data io did not reach 50% and yet it is being aborted. I try to catch the error with web app and it just says aborted.
I dont know what is wrong with the database. I am only making 5 connection at an instant for my dashboard since it requires data from 5 different tables. This aborted error is getting very irritating.
Please help me. Thank you very much.

As I understand, you are getting getenergyconsumptinvalue error when connecting web app to azure mysql db.
Could you please let us know if the MySQL DB is accessible via Azure Portal or Workbench?

Has it happen before? Perhaps you can list some solutions that I can attempt that is not destructive on the data stored in the DB.

To reiterate, I am asking you whether Azure MySQL Database is accessible via Azure Portal or Locally by Workbench?
We want to know so as to understand whether Database itself is inaccessible or Connectivity is broken between you Web App and DB or it is Web App level config issue.
Hope this conveys the intent.

Regarding this, may I know how to check. I am using IP whitelisting to connect between the webapp and the database.
How do I know that it is a Web App level config issue? what are some things i need to take note of when setting it out. How do I check it?Thanks your assistance.

The issue looks strange and needs a deeper analysis.

I do not have access to the support ticket.
I tried the retry logic for the aborted error but it is affecting my web performance very badly. Currently I am doing a console.log(error). I am not sure how can I retrieve more meaningful messages with javascript.
It would be great if I can get some advise on this.
