I get this status code bij trying instal Azure file sync ?

Unable to do Azure File Sync -Server Registration. I checked that port 443 is open for outbound connections. Received below error when clicking on "Register". Please assist here. "The server registration can fail for several reasons.

-Azure File Sync proxy and firewall settings -Configuring Azure File Sync network endpoints

What ended up working was registering the storage sync service using powershell. No clue why this worked but GUI did not.
