Wi-Fi connected but no internet on and off again, search bar not working, glitching laptop

I’ve just arrived in China from the US and it seems like my laptop (Windows 11) has somewhat glitched? My Wi-Fi stopped working properly. It always says that it is connected but there’s no internet. It connects and disconnects by itself over and over again. My search bar is not working either and has disappeared. I’ve tried every possible solution there is to these issues but all end up with the same result—no change. From troubleshooting, it’s said that my security or firewall settings might be blocking the connection. I disabled all my antivirus and VPN softwares yet no change.
